FIFA has announced SAD news about FFP charges, We FINALLY have a proposed date for the hearing between Manchester City and the Premier League

In October, Manchester City will face a hearing regarding 115 charges brought against them. The Premier League has confirmed that a hearing date has been set. However, Pete O’Rourke, a senior writer, mentioned on the latest episode of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast that he expects the case to be prolonged.

The charges, filed in February 2023, allege that Manchester City violated Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations over a nine-year period. Despite a hearing being scheduled, Football Insider reported on April 27 that due to the complexity of the case, it is unlikely that a resolution will be reached before the end of the next season.

O’Rourke also indicated that Manchester City is likely to appeal any penalties. The club’s legal team maintains that they have not committed any wrongdoing.
