Rodrygo is said to be unhappy with his role at Madrid 🙁 Real Madrid ready to consider his departure

In recent weeks, Real Madrid forward Rodrygo Goes has been at the center of media speculation regarding his satisfaction with his role at the club and potential departure. Reports suggested that the Brazilian international was unhappy due to increased competition from teammates Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappé, leading to rumors of a possible transfer.

However, Rodrygo has publicly dismissed these claims. In a social media post, he thanked fans for their support and urged the media to “stop creating things,” indicating that the rumors were unfounded. Despite facing challenges such as being left out of the recent El Clásico and dealing with a bout of fever, Rodrygo remains committed to Real Madrid.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti acknowledged Rodrygo’s frustrations, especially concerning his omission from the Ballon d’Or shortlist, stating, “He was not sufficiently valued… He deserved to be there and I understand that he is upset.” Ancelotti emphasized Rodrygo’s versatility as a strength, highlighting his ability to adapt to various positions on the field.

While there have been reports of interest from Premier League clubs, including Liverpool, Real Madrid President Florentino Pérez has made it clear that the club will only consider offers exceeding €100 million if Rodrygo himself requests a transfer. As of now, Rodrygo has not indicated any desire to leave.

With his contract running until 2028, Rodrygo appears focused on regaining his form and contributing to the team’s success under the anticipated leadership of incoming manager Xabi Alonso. His recent statements and actions suggest a strong commitment to Real Madrid and a determination to overcome current challenges.
