According to Aksam, Arsenal have expressed interest in signing Besiktas wonderkid Semih Kilicsoy this summer.

The 18-year-old established himself as a regular starter for Besiktas towards the end of last season, scoring 11 goals and providing three assists in the Super Lig.

Arsenal aims to strengthen their attacking options by acquiring a reliable goal scorer during this transfer window. Kilicsoy’s impressive performances have prompted the Gunners to make a bid for him ahead of the new season.

Negotiating personal terms might be challenging with Kilicsoy currently representing Turkey at Euro 2024, but Arsenal remains in regular contact with the Istanbul team.

Although still developing, Kilicsoy has already impressed with his excellent dribbling and goal-scoring abilities. Besiktas, however, are seeking over £25 million to let him go, while Arsenal hopes to secure him for about £15 million up front, with performance-based add-ons covering the rest.
