‘I believe my season at Arsenal is now over, and I would want to thank the supporters for their support thus far. I believe it is time for me to move on to a club where I can win trophies. Arsenal midfielder set to leave this summer despite great performance. Not Ødegaard, Thomas Partey, or Elneny

Mikel Arteta is expected to be very busy upgrading his Arsenal side again this summer, with numerous players scheduled to arrive and leave.

Arsenal were quite quiet in January, as was the case throughout the Premier League, so Arteta should have money to spend in the offseason.

Even though Arsenal has rediscovered their footing in front of goal, a new striker may still be the first priority.

Leandro Trossard is performing admirably as a false nine, impressing Micah Richards.

However, with long-term success in mind, Arsenal might still profit from an improvement on Eddie Nketiah.

In addition to up front, Arteta will undoubtedly want to strengthen his midfield.

Although Declan Rice and Jorginho appear to be staying, Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny may find other opportunities.

In addition to this coupling, it appears that Albert Sambi Lokonga may be leaving permanently.

At least that is what journalist Charles Watts currently believes.

Albert Sambi Lokonga could leave Arsenal permanently this summer.
Despite his ‘excellent’ loan form for Luton Town this season, Watts saw little prospect of returning to Arsenal’s first squad the following season.

Watts was chatting on YouTube and indicated that Arteta and his staff have most likely moved on from Lokonga.

He explained, “This is an example of a loan spell that is now operating properly.

“Now it’s going to be interesting; many people are asking, ‘Could Lokonga come back and play a part next season?'”

“I don’t think so; I believe Arsenal has moved on a little bit from Sambi.

“There will be changes in midfield for Arsenal, so he could, but I believe the most likely option at this point is that Arsenal will try to get some money back on Sambi in the summer.
